By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice as appropriate, such as by posting the updated Terms on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of our services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration

3. Course Enrollment and Payment
By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our website. All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, except as provided in our refund policy or as required by applicable law.
Course fees may be subject to change, but changes will not apply retroactively to courses for which you have already paid. We may offer promotional discounts or scholarships at our discretion.
If you choose to pay course fees in installments, you agree to make all payments according to the schedule provided. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your access to the course.
4. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our courses. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
To request a refund, please contact us with your name, email address, and reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to be completed.
After the 14-day refund period, no refunds will be provided except in exceptional circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and resources provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and course materials (collectively, "Content"), are owned by or licensed to CodeBack Academy Philippines and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes in connection with our services.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or otherwise use any Content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms;

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CodeBack Academy Philippines and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:
- Your use of our services;
- Your User Content;
- Your violation of these Terms; or
- Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).
The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on the parties.
13. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CodeBack Academy Philippines regarding your use of our services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by our authorized representative.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder to any third party without your consent.
